Reggie Wayne will be a huge fantasy football contributor in 2008. I have him as my top wide receiver for the coming season. Huge 2008, you can count on it.
Yes, Harrison will be back, that won’t take away from Wayne. He is the #1 target for Manning. He has all the skills, and is in the prime of his career. I expect the Colts to go on a tear this year, Manning and company had a good 2007, but not a great one by their standards. You can count on big numbers out of this group. They have so many weapons, and with Harrison back on the field, it is going to be tough to throw double coverage at Wayne.
If you play in a point per reception league, I would consider taking Wayne in the first round. He will be one of the top 5 point scorers overall in the point per reception leagues, and should be around at the end of the first round or early in the second round for you. Wayne is going to have a huge year, mark my words.
