Smith is still a number one WR, and is primed for a huge year. The Panthers have an excellent running game now to take the pressure off the passing game. Jake looks like he could stay healthy for a full season, and Smith is going to be the benficiary of all of this!

Steve Smith regularly puts up huge numbers, and I expect 100 catches for 1500 yards this season. I reallly like Steve Smith coming into the 2009 fantasy season, and would be very happy with him as my number one WR.

You should be able to pick Smith up in the second round this year, and he may even slip further. I would take a long hard look at him if he is there when you pick come round 3. He has a history of being inconsistent at times, but this year is his year.

He will be a number one receiver this year, and always has the potential to be a game breaker. He’s a fantasy stud, end of story.

He will have a big year in 2009, be sure you don’t overlook him, he should be solid with some huge games that will win a couple weeks for you. Look for him in the second round, if he is still available come round thrree, grab him quick!
