Colts WR Anthony Gonzalez is primed to step up his game in a big way this season. With Harrison being shown the door, Gonzalez will be the number two WR with the colts this season, behind their stud Reggie Wayne.

I’m looking for the Colts to have a huge season on offense this year. Big numbers for Manning, big numbers for his receivers. Gonzalez will benefit from Harrison being gone, and will also benefit from being in his third season. Look for some big numbers out of Gonzalez this year.

Take a look his way in the early middle rounds of your draft. He has huge upside, with the potential to play his way into a number one WR spot on your roster. Season three in the NFL is often a breakout season, plus Gonzalez has a leg up with his stud quarterback and hall of fame caliber wide receivers as his mentors. I expect big things from Gonzalez, don’t let him slip too far come draft day.
