What makes the Bucks’ offseason elite is that they were able to keep two of their four studs in Khris Middleton and Brook Lopez. Signing an elite role player for the minimum was huge for the franchise, and of the players lost, there’s not one who is not replaceable. Milwaukee also drafted a first-round prospect in the 30s who I think will become an elite role player. The Bucks were able to actually improve, which I thought impossible, so to me they had the premier offseason.

Bucks’ 2023 NBA Draft – Grade: A-

No. 36: Andre Jackson Jr., SF, ConnecticutNo. 58: Chris Livingston, SF, Kentucky

I know that a lot of people dislike the Livingston pick, but he was the last pick in the draft and is an interesting prospect; I had him in my mock. As for Andre Jackson, he was one of my favorite role players in the 2023 NBA Draft and could give them a strong time as a rookie. I liked Milwaukee’s selections.
