10/28/23: Ostendorp has only punted 18 times thus far this season, averaging 39.3 yards per attempt. That average, however, is misleading because half of his punts were pinned inside the 20.
7/14/23: Ostendorp averaged 46 yards per punt with a long of 64 in 2022. In 2021, he was one of the most effective punters in college football, averaging a tremendous 49.2 yards per punt. Ostendorp’s long that season was 71 yards and his punts had a strong net average of 44 yards. If Ostendorp stays consistent in 2023, he could be a sought-after punter for the NFL.
